Where do you ship from?

We ship all art pieces from the studio in Auckland, New Zealand.

How long does it take to deliver?

NEW ZEALAND:
Standard shipping: 5-10 business days
Express shipping: 2-5 business days

AUSTRALIA:
Standard shipping: 3-6 business days
Express shipping: 1-3 business days 

USA & CANADA: 
Standard shipping: 6-15 business days
Express shipping: 2-6 business days

EUROPE & REST OF THE WORLD:
Standard shipping: 6-15 business days
Express shipping: 2-6 business days

Every customer receives a shipping notification once the parcel leaves our office. Please check your SPAM box before emailing us requesting an update. 

Your local shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Duties & Taxes

Please note that you will be responsible for all duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination.

International orders might be subject to duties and taxes which are calculated by your local customs authorities. These costs must be paid by the recipient.

Sam Leitch Artist does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

PARCEL REDIRECT

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to sign and receive your order.

I put in the wrong shipping address, what do I do now?

It is very important to add your correct shipping address when you place your order. If you enter the wrong shipping address contact us immediately at samjleitch@gmail.com.

We have a restricted window to make a request for the package to be rerouted from the moment you make the purchase; however, we cannot guarantee the change will be doable as it depends where the package is in the shipping process. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

Where can I find my order confirmation?

Once you’ve completed your purchase, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact customer service and we will be able to assist you.

Can I return an art piece?

No, it is not possible to return any prints or paintings.
