Refund policy

Please choose your artwork carefully. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on prints or paintings.

If your artwork arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact hello@samleitch.com as soon as possible, ideally within seven days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs so we can assess it and work with you on a resolution.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable consumer law.
