Where we ship from

All artworks — including screen prints, giclée prints, and paintings — are dispatched from our studio in Auckland, New Zealand.

Free shipping on all orders

We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum purchase is required.

Delivery timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided below. These are business day estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase.

New Zealand - 5–10 business days - 2–5 business days 
Australia - 3–6 business days - 1–3 business days 
USA & Canada - 6–15 business days - 2–6 business days 
Europe & Rest of World - 6–15 business days - 2–6 business days 

Delivery times are estimates only. Local carriers may experience delays outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking & dispatch notification

Every customer will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their parcel has left our studio. If you cannot locate this email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Duties & taxes

Purchases shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.

- Duties and taxes are calculated by your local customs authority, not by Sam Leitch Art.
- We have no control over these fees and cannot advise on specific amounts, as they vary by country and order value.
- We are unable to reimburse customers for duties or taxes paid upon delivery.
- For guidance on applicable rates, please contact your local customs office prior to purchase.

Shipping address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Please ensure you supply an address where you will be available to sign for and receive your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at samjleitch@gmail.com. We will make every effort to update the address before dispatch; however, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has entered the fulfilment process.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect parcels to a different address.

Returns & exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any prints or paintings. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your item, please contact us at samjleitch@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a description and photographic evidence, and we will work with you to find a resolution.
